The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among partnership, perfectionism, and team performance’s
satisfaction in dance sport players. Furthermore, it provides the direction for coaching in dance sport. The subject of study was
the players from dance sport academies located in the five provinces including Seoul. The available data were 244(89.1%) players.
Descriptive statistic, correlation, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model were analyzed by SPSS and
AMOS. As a result, first, partnership had a positive effect on perfectionism. Secondly, partnership made an positive impact on
team performance’s satisfaction. Finally, perfectionism didn’t affect team performance’s satisfaction.
