The main purposes of this study are to analyse a Brain Respiration progrma\'s effect\'s on children\'s learning efficiency.
To solve the above mentioned program, several procedures were applied.
First, We developed the Brain Respiration Program for Children\'s Learning Efficiency(BRCLE).
Second, to examine the effects of BRCLE on learning efficiency, 2 classes of students of a elementary school in Seoul were sampled and participated in the experiment. Two classes were parceled out into experimental and control groups, the experimental group participated in and adapted BRCLE program for 12 weeks(2 times per week).
Last, to identify the effects of BRCLE on learning efficiency, a statistical analysis method(Repeated Measures ANOVA) was applied.
The results of this study showed that there are significant positive effects on concentration, learning strategy, learning acceptability, self-management strategy and emotional management strategy.
