The purpose of this study is to suggest how to train military social worker through detail curriculum about qualification system and plan to train of above workers. This study discussed the action of military social welfare and the plan to train military social workers certified by a nation is very necessary and also discussed detail curriculum about qualification system and plan to train of military social workers through study on professional social welfare in our country and military social welfare of the US army. The anxiety and problem of individual or his family who is being military service can solved using improvement of military environment. And in order to organize strong military through preventing loss of fighting power, legislation for professional military social worker qualification, action and arrangement of military social worker are very necessary. Also plan to train for cultivating professional military social worker who is in charge of military social welfare is very urgent. Therefore, this study is to suggest that qualification system and plan to train formilitary social worker that is very necessary for cultivating strong military in the battle filed for getting victory, our ultimate target.
