with Korean employees in the multi-cultural workplace. Following is the research result of 4 Chinese
employees through the qualitative research method. Firstly, Chinese employees have experienced many
organizational problems in developing good relationship with Korean employees because of cultural
differences and systems of companies in the multi-cultural workplace. However, secondly, Chinese
employees have been making great efforts to develop relationship. Even though, the improvement in
developing relationship is mostly reflected in the change of attitude rather than behavior. But their
learning start along with the progress of identifying differences among them. Thirdly, in multi-cultural
workplace, differences among them have become into the driving force for expansive learning. Especially
under the circumstances of Chinese employees trying to develop relationship with Korean employees,
Chinese tend to set high targets which they devote themselves to achieving. At the same time virtually,
