This study is to investigate through identification of response characteristic of Person in the rain based
on stress level of Elementary school teacher. The participants of this study were 285 teachers of elementary
schools in K city and S city in Gyeonggi-do. They took the elementary school teacher job stress tests and
the Person in the rain scale. These data were analyzed which t-test was implemented by classifying upper
group and lower group according to job stress lever of elementary school teacher, and to examine job stress
and difference in response characteristic of Person in the rain drawing test according to individual
variables(age, teaching experience, grade in charge) of elementary school teacher. It was implemented t-test
and one-way ANOVA analysis, and Scheeff? test was implemented as post-verification. The summary of
study result is as follows; First, there has been significant difference at stress area and coping resource area
of Person in the rain drawing between upper group with higher stress and lower group with low stress of
elementary school teacher. Second, Elementary school teacher in accordance with the age of the individual
variables have a significant difference in response characteristics of Person in the rain drawing test, but in
charge of teaching experience and grade did not have significant difference.
