Recently, as the upheaval toward the global business environment is speeding
up, Hotel business also has reached the stage where the law of the survival of
the fittest in severely applied.
Accordingly, the object of this research is to present the appropriate plan for
strengthening the empowerment of the person working in the hotel business
after analyzing and looking into how the leadership in hotel business influences
on the empowerment.
As the results of this research, the transformational leadership{ B=.426,
P<.OOl) also has more positive influences on the empowerment of workers
than the transactional leadership{ B=.351 , p<.oon
On the ground of the above findings, I confirmed that the transformational
leadership could be an effective plan for the organizing management that
enlarges the sense of unity between the members (workers) and inner
motivation. I recognized that the transactional leadership also could not be
overlooked as one of the important leaderships in the managing the hotel
business.
