본 연구는 부부가 함께 참여하는 정신역동적 집단상담 과정에서 참가자들의 통찰수준이 어떻게 변화해 가는지를 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 아울러 개인 및 부부 상호간의 역동에서 생기는 갈등과 문제점을 해결하는데 정신역동적 집단상담이 효과적인 방법임을 제시해보고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 또 다른 목적이다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세 평정자가 평가한 통찰수준 점수를 합산하여 각 구획별 변량분석을 실시한 결과 각 구획별로 유의미한 변화가 나타났다. 이는 상담진행과정에 따라 참가자들의 통찰수준에 유의미한 변화가 있음을 의미한다. 정신역동적 부부집단 상담이 개인 및 부부 상호간의 역동에서 생기는 갈등과 문제점을 해결해 가는데 유효한 작업임을 제시하고 있다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 통찰수준은 집단초기부터 여자가 남자보다 통찰수준이 높았다. 또한 상담이 진행되는 과정 중에서도 계속 여자가 남자보다 통찰수준이 높게 나타나고 있다. 그러나 집단이 진행됨에 따라 성별에 따른 통찰수준 변화 정도의 크기는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 집단 초기부터 여자가 남자보다 통찰수준이 높았고 집단 종결단계까지 여자가 남자보다 높게 나타나고 있다. 그 이유는 여자 집단원들이 D연구소에서 상담 공부를 남자 집단원보다 1～2년 더 많이 했기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 의의로서는 첫째, 부부가 함께 집단상담에 참가하기 어려운 점을 극복하고 부부문제 해결을 위해 정신역동적 집단상담이 효과적임을 알게 되었다. 둘째, 현실적으로 발생되고 있는 부부문제가 부부 상호역동에 의해서 발생하게 됨을 이해하고 정확한 자기 통찰을 갖는 데 도움을 주었다.
The purpose of this study is that we find out the changes of participants\' level of insight in Psychodynamic Group Counseling which married couple participate together. Moreover, we suggest if there is a problem and conflict in the mutual reaction of married couple or individual, Psychodynamic Group Counseling will be helpful. Now, I will command about the result of this study. First, there are weighty changes in each division, which are we sum all of the score that three appraise judge about participants\' level of insight and check analysis of variety in each division. It means that there are meaningful changes, according to the progress of counseling. It suggest that Psychodynamic Group Counseling works to solving the conflict and problems in the dynamic of individual and marital relation. Second, level of insight according to gender. Female participants are higher than male participants and during the counseling, female participants\' level of insights are higher than male participants. That is female participants studied 1~2 years more than female participants. The meaning of this study, First, Psychodynamic Group Counseling overcomes that is difficult to participate the married couple together and it is effective to resolve the problem of the married couple. Second, understanding the trobles of married couple are happened by the mutual reaction of married couple. and it helps the people can insight themselves correctly.
