In case of the structure function of family has deficiency and troubles, we not only don\'t expect the essential function that family have, but also it has a bad effect upon character formation of juvenile and might be appeared as problem behaviors further. It is indicated that juveniles might learn distortion about society and negative conviction due to the functionally coercive and negative family atmosphere. Thus, necessity of demonstrative and systematic study are raised, and above all, clearing up the cause which have influence on the flexibility of psycho-social adaptation of juveniles who are living in the critical atmosphere such as troubles and violences is very essential in the point of building the measures of intervention and prevention. Thus, in this study I will find out that the influence of structural functional deficient family on juveniles and depending on the distinction how different the problem behaviors are, and try to find a solution of community intervention and prevention by presenting practical data about what the causes intervening between their adjustment and maladjustment are.
