본 연구는 국가대표 배드민턴선수 45명(남:22명, 여:23명)을 대상으로 최근 3년 동안의 운동상해(부위별, 질환별, 원인별, 상황별) 를 조사하여 국가대표 선수들의 상해예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 국가대표 선수들의 운동상해를 유형별로 분 석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 부위별 운동상해는 허리 18.2%, 발목 17.4%, 무릎 14.7%, 어깨 14.1%, 팔꿈치 8.2% 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 질환별 운동상해는 요통 29.4%, 아킬레스건염 14.7%, 발목염좌 14.3%, 무릎염좌 11.3%, 손목염좌 8.3% 순 으로... -

무릎관절은 신체에서 가장 큰 관절 중 하나이면 서 체중 부하를 담당하는 관절로 골 구조 상 불안 정하고, 또한 외력을 받기 쉬운 하지의 중간에 위 치하기 때문에 손상이 잘 되므로 근육, 인대, 막 등 의 관절 외 연부 조직의 역할이 매우 크다(유웅서, 2007). 또한 선수들에게서 최고의 경기력을 발휘하 기 위해서는 무릎관절의 근기능이 무엇보다 우수 하여야 한다(김재호, 전용균, 2008). 이러한 무릎관 절의 근력을 증진시키기 위해 제한된 운동이 등속 성·등척성·등장성 운동이다(Abernethy, & Jurimae, 1996). -
