청소년들의 아르바이트가 증가하고 있는 현시점에서 본 연구는 청소년들이 아르바이트를 하면서 어떠한 경험을 하는지, 아르바이트 경험 여부를 설명하는 요인은 어떠한 것인지 분석하고자 하였다. 실제 학생 비율에 따라 서울시내 25개 중고등학교를 무작위 선정하여 서베이를 실시하였으며, 1,779개의 설문지를 분석한 결과는 23.3%인 414명의 중고등학생들이 지난 1년 사이 1주일 이상의 아르바이트 경험을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 이들은 낮은 임금을 받으며 장시간을 일하는 경우가 많았으며, 사고나 부당행위를 경험하는 등 법적...
