대학생의 성인애착과 정서조절의 관계: 마음챙김과 정신화의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성인애착과 정서조절의 관계에서 마음챙김과 정신화의 매개효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 지역에 소재한 대학생 451명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 성인애착이 마음챙김과 정신화를 매개로 하여 정서조절에 영향을 미치는 구조모형을 설정하고 이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 측정모형은 자료에 적합한 것으로 확인되었으며, 마음챙김에서 정신화로 향하는 경로를 설정한 가설모형이 두 변인간의 경로를 설정하지 않은 경쟁모형에 비해 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로... -
