본 연구의 목적은 아침운동과 저녁운동에 따른 인체의 항산화관련 요인의 변화를 알아보고자 진행되었다. 20대 대학생을 대상 으로 12주간 저항성 서킷 트레이닝을 실시하여, 전?후 항산화관련 요인의 변화를 비교 분석한 결과 SOD는 아침운동집단(MEG)과 저녁운동집단(EEG) 모두 사전에 비해 사후에 유의한 수준으로 증가하였지만(p<.05), 사후 집단 간 차이는 나타나지 않았다.
