본 연구는 국내 도시지역 주민들의 요추부 척추관 협착증 발생 예방과 관련된 요인을 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 자료는 2017년 1월 16일부터 3월 3일까지 K 지역에 소재한 정형외과에 내원한 162명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 스트레칭 수행여부에서 스트레칭을 하지 않는 경우가 환자군은 76.5%로 대조군의 53.1%보다 유의하게 요추부 척추관 협착증 발생이 높은 것으로 나타났다(X2=10.29, p<.05). 둘째, 직업에 있어 사무직이 환자군은 43.2%로 대조군의 35.8% 보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 규칙적으로 조깅을...
