전국 중·고등학교 학생 흡연 실태조사 결과, 2005년에서 2008년까지의 흡연율이 여중생은 3.3%에서 2.2%로, 여고생은 6.5%에서 3.5%로 약간 감소하는 경향을 보이고 있으나 남학생의 경우에는 중학생이 4.2%에서 5.7%로, 고등학생은 15.7%에서 18.1%로 흡연율이 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다(Korean Association of Smoking & Health, 2008). 이와 같이 국내 청소년 흡연율은 꾸준히 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고, 2000년대 초반에 비해 청소년 흡연에 대한 사회적 관심은 다소 감소되는 추세이며 관련 연구논문 수도 줄어들고 있다는... -
