IPMA analysis for Q2_predict and effect size factor analysis. The findings of structural model analysis show that the relationship between emotional competence, self-efficacy and commitment is positively significant. PLS findings indicate commitment is a predictor construct that has predictive power in the evaluation of the internal model of this study. Findings of IPMA analysis show that the construct of emotional competence and self-efficacy are two important factors for teacher commitment.

Findings are summarized in the following areas: 1) legal foundations; 2) assessment procedures on identification of young children with disabilities, and 3) education services for children with disabilities and their families. Similarities and differences across four settings regarding the EI/ECSE systems and initiatives are examined. Implications for research and practice are discussed.
