본 연구의 목적은 교통사고에 의한 손상 위험요인들을 파악함으로써 환자의 의무기록을 통하여 교 통사고가 인적, 물적, 환경적 등의 요인 중 특히 어떤 요인에 기인하여 발생되었는지를 밝히고, 각각 의 요인별 손상 위험요인을 분석하여 교통사고의 발생률 및 사망률을 감소시킬 수 있는 예방대책을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 수도권에 소재한 3곳의 의료기관에서 지난 1년간 교통사고로 입원 한 환자 1,649건을 연구대상으로 하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Ver. 20.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 대상자의 평균 연령... -
