목적 : 노인의 배뇨장애는 매우 흔하다. 일차 하부요로 자체는 노화의 문제일 수 있지만, 또한 뇌 기능 저하로 발생할 수 있다. 이에 인지기능의 저하와 소변증상의 상관관계에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 3차 대학병원을 통해 등록한 94명의 60세 이상의 치매 환자를 대상으로 소변증상을 확인하기 위해 과민성방광증상점수 설문지(이하 OABSS)를 사용하였다. 이후 과민성방광증상을 확인한 설문지와 인지기능척도인 K-MMSE, CDR과 상관관계를 확인하였다. 연구결과 : 고령의 환자일수록 OABSS 점수는 증가하는 경향을 보였고... -
