전문대학생의 성장 마인드셋, 그릿, 학습참여, 도움요청 간 구조적 관계

본 연구는 전문 대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 그릿이 학습참여와 도움요청에 미치는 직·간접적 영향을 살펴보고자 했다. 연구를 위해 D 광역시 소재 전문대학의 재학생 441명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시했으며, 이 중 423명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS 21을 사용한 기술통계 및 상관분석과 Amos 21을 이용한 구조방정식 모형을 통해 측정모형과 구조모형의 적합도 지수를 화인하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 전문 대학생의 학습참여와 도움요청 각각은 성장 마인드셋, 그릿과 유의한 수준에서 정적 상관을... -

This study highlights a novel method and mechanism for the rapid and effective milling of carbon fibers (CFs) in silicon carbide (SiC) powder, and also the dispersion of CFs in SiC powder.
