육군 간부의 군 조직문화 유형이 양성평등의식에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 군 조직문화와 양성평등의식의 차이를 진단하여 군이 지향하는 가치관과 양성평등의식을 고양 시키기 위한 실현 방향 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 군 조직문화와 양성평등 의식의 인구사회학적 차이와 변인 간 상관관계 및 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 육군에 근무하는 간부(부사관, 군무원, 장교) 중 총 1,023부를 배부하였으며 모두 회수 후 이를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 군 조직문화의 유형별 우선순위는 합리문화, 발전문화, 위계문화, 집단문화 순으로 나왔으며... -
