이 연구의 목적은 어떤 조합의 변인들이 e-러닝에 참여한 성인학습자들의 중도탈락을 가장 잘 예측하는지를 밝히는데 있다. 이 연구를 위해서 Keller(1987)의 동기설계모델의 네 가지 핵심조건인 참신성, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감 등에 근거해 설문도구를 개발하였다. 표집은 20 시간짜리 업무 관련 e-러닝 코스에 자발적 혹은 의무적으로 등록한 총 259명의 회사원들이다. 수 집된 자료는 통계 프로그램인 SPSS와 SAS를 이용해 분석되었다. 분석 결과 는 다음과 같다. Results: The three life stressors were significantly associated with cyberbullying, and the links between all three and cyberbullying were mediated by adolescents’ poor anger management. Gender differences were found in two paths in the model. Anger management problems were not found to have a moderating role. Conclusions: Results were discussed in regards to the context and cultural background of Korea. Implications for policy and future research were suggested. -
