We evaluated the pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin in serum (n = 6) and urine (n = 4) in goats following a single intravenous administration of 4 mg/kg body weight. The serum concentration-time curves of ciprofloxacin were best fitted by a two-compartment open model. The drug was detected in goat serum up to 12 h. This study examined the patterns of psychosocial adaptation to chronic illness and disability(CID), defined in terms of subjective well-being and coping strategies in a sample of 100 individuals with various CID conditions. Although our technique is based on a precipitation of the solution space, it is dynamic, i.e. it supports insertions of new data points. An extensive experimental evaluation of our tech-unique demonstrates the high efficiency for uniformly distributed as well as real data.
