본 연구는 DEA 분석과 MPI 분석을 통해 충청남도 공주시, 서산시, 아산시, 천안시의 2012년~2016 년 농협 하나로 마트의 48곳을 대상으로 생산성과 효율성을 분석하였다. 투입변수는 매장규모(m²), 종사직원수, POS 대, 주차차량수를 선정하였다. 산출변수는 고객수와 총매출액(백만원)을 활용하였다. 분석결과 기술 효율성(TE)는 전체적으로 하락하고 있다. 순수 기술 효율성(PTE)의 경우 기술 효율성 이 1인 DMU는 47.9%로 나타났지만 전체 평균으로 볼 때 5년간 평균 순수 비효율성이 모두 10%이상 으로 나타났다. 즉, 동일 하나로... -
