, we came to know that the activity of reading using picture books as a medium is not a unidirectional activity, rather it has mutual effects of joint reading, and once started, it significantly impact the upbringing of children. Moreover, apart from parents, sharing of feelings, words, space, behavior etc. emerging from the “person" and enjoying while jointly reading the picture books supports the growth and development of children, and creates even better environment for their upbringing.

Those two activities were made to vary according to the interests and development of the children. Reading and playing activities required mothers to be creative, innovative, and directly involved in children's activities.
