본 연구는 한국의 공공연구기관을 대상으로 대표적인 성과지표인 특허 창출에 대한 효율성을 분석 하고자 하였다. 공공연구기관 중 정부출연(연)을 대상으로 확률프런티어 분석을 이용하여 미국에서 출 원 및 등록한 특허 효율성을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 특허출원 효율성은 54.7%, 특허등록 효율성은 50.9%를 나타내었다. 그렇지만, 정부출연 (연)의 특허출원 및 특허등록의 효율성에서 상당한 차이를 나타내었다. 효율성이 높은 정부출연(연) 중에서 절대적 투입이 많은 연구기관뿐 만 아니라, 투입은 상대적으로 적지만 효율성이 높은... -
