In this study, we evaluated if the implantation of allogenic adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) improved neurological function in a canine spinal cord injury model. Eleven adult dogs were assigned to three groups according to treatment after spinal cord injury by epidural balloon compression: C group (no ASCs treatment as control), V group (vehicle treatment with PBS), and ASC group (ASCs treatment). 이 글은 방사성탄소연대를 바탕으로 한국 후기 구석기시대의 유적점유밀도, 곧 인구변동을 추정하고,이를 수렵채집사회의 광역교류네트워크의 측면에서 설명하고자 한다. 고고학의 맥락에서 방사성탄소연대를 비판적으로 검토하고 평가하면 최후빙하극성기(LGM) 동안 유적점유가 꾸준히 증가했음을 알수 있다. 그러나 LGM 이후 자료는 별로 없으며, 플라이스토세 최말기에 소수 확인되다가 후빙기에 들어서며 다시 희소해진다. 춥고 건조했던 LGM에는 점유밀도가 높다가 기온상승기에 급감하며 후빙기지구온난화와 더불어 희소해지는... -
대학생의 성인애착과 낙관성 및 사회불안의 관계

본 연구는 성인애착과 낙관성, 그리고 사회불안 간의 관계를 보면서, 낙관성이 성인애착과 사회불안 사이에서 어떤 영향을 미치는지 연구하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산에 소재한 대학의 대학생 316명 을 대상으로 하였고, 성인애착척도, 낙관성척도, 사회불안척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 성별에 따른 차이를 보면, 성인애착과 사회불 안에서 남학생이 여학생보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 성인애착과 사회불안의 관계가 성별에 무관하게 정적상관이 있는 것으로... -

색공간의 분할 개수에 따라서 지역적인 색역 왜곡이 나타나 색역 사상시에 컬러 결점(color artifact)을 발생시킨다. 색공간 분할 개수가 적으면 높은 채도 부근에서 추정된 색역 정보가 분실되어 컬러 컨투어(color contour) 현상이 발생한다. 이와 반대로 색공간 분할 개수가 많으면 CIELab 밝기 축 부근에서 색역이 오목하게 되는 왜곡이 발생한다. 이러한 지역적인 색역 왜곡은 색역 사상시 결과 영상에 컬러 결점이 유발한다. 제안한 논문에서는 실험을 통하여 측정한 데이터 수에 따른 적절한 색공간 분할개수를 설정하여 높은 채도... -
