성인의 까다로운 섭식(picky eating) 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

부적절한 수준으로 제한하거나 적은 양의 음식만을 섭식하는 까다로운 섭식(Picky eating)에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 까다로운 섭식의 특징들을 확인하고 까다로운 섭식 태도를 정량화할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 문헌연구와 국내 서울, 경기에 거주하고 있는 성인 154명에 대한 설문조사와 상담전공 전문가 8인의 평정을 거쳐 83개의 예비문항을 선정하였다. 선정된 예비문항을 성인 남자 188명과 여자 122명에게 설문 실시한 후, 그 자료를 바탕으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과... -

We evaluated the biological scaffold properties of canine small intestinal submucosa (SIS) compared to a those of polypropylene mesh in growing rats with full-thickness abdominal defects.
