In this investigation, we studied the expression and localization of rat prostaglandin F (FP) receptor in uterine tissues of rats on gestational Days 10, 15, 18, 20, 21, 21.5 and postpartal Days 1 and 3 using Western blotting analysis, real-time PCR, and immunohistochemistry. 본 연구에서는 콜린성 기전에 반응하여 분비되는 내피 의존성 이완물질(endothelium-derived relaxing factor, EDRF)나 nitric oxide(NO)가 마취 흰쥐의 뇌혈류 자가조절기전에 관여할 가능성을 관찰하였다.
