본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교사의 자기지도성과 배경변인 및 직무만족의 관계를 알아보고, 유치원 교사의 자기지도성에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 밝히기 위한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 경기도 화성시 공․사립유치원 교사 195명을 대상으로, 자기지도성 질문지 , 직무만족 질문지 를 사용하여 조사하였다. 연구 결과 유치원 교사의 자기지도성은 교사의 배경변인 중 학력, 근무기관 유형과 비교적 높은 정적 상관이 나타났다. 또한 유치원 교사의 자기지도성은 직무만족과 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 직무만족의...
