후막 광식각 기술은 스크린 인쇄 등의 일반적인 후막공정에 노광 및 현상 등의 리소그라피 공정을 접목시킨 새로운 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 후막 광식각 기술을 이용하여 미세라인을 형성할 수 있는 저온동시소성용 Ag 페이스트를 개발하였다. 페이스트를 구성하는 Ag분말과 폴리머, 모노머, 광개시제 등의 양을 조절하여 미세라인을 형성할 수 있는 최적 조성을 연구하였으며. 또한 노광량과 같은 공정변수가 미세라인 형성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 실험결과 폴리머/모노머비, Ag 분말 중량비, 광개시제의 양 등이 미세라인의... -

본 연구에서는 LCD 컬러필터 레지스트용 fluorene 단위 구조를 가지는 다기능 바인더 고분자를 개발하여 카본블랙 기반 감광성 레지스트(CBR)를 제조하고 블랙 매트릭스(BM)에 적용하였다. 다기능 바인더 고분자를 얻기 위해 bisphcnol fluorene epoxy acrylate를 함유한 불포화 폴리에스터(BFEA-polyester)를 합성하였으며 이는 $^1H$ NMR, GPC 및 FTIR을 이용하여 분석하였다. 합성된 BFEA-polyester 바인더 고분자를 상업용 아크릴 바인더와 비교 평가하기 위하여 각각 CBR 제조 후 BM 리소그래피 테스트를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 본... -

갇광성 관능기를 갖는 중합체, 이를테면 polyglyceryl phthalate(PG), bisphenol A-epichl-orohydrin 축중합체(BE) 및 polyvuinyl alcohol(PVA)의 naphthoquinone-1,2-diazide-5-sulfonyl esters(PGND, BEND 및 PVAND)를 합성하였다.빙점강하법으로 측정한 모체수지들의 분자량은 PG의 경우 650${sim}$1500, BE는 780${sim}$1320이었다.
