본 논문에서는 스미스 도표 상의 ${Gamma}_{IN}$ 평면에 도시되는 정합원를 사용한 저잡음 증폭기의 도식적 설계기법을 제시하였다. 입 출력의 각 정합원은 저잡음 증폭기의 최적화된 성능을 위하여 정재파비 등의 설계 파라미터를 결정할 때 발생되는 반복적인 설계작업의 번거로움을 최소화하기 위한 도식적 설계 기법에 이용할 수 있다. 이를 증명하기 위한 방안으로 저잡음 증폭기를 설계하여 제시하였다. -

본 연구에서는 수축균열 단계를 나타낼 수 있는 도해적인 방법을 제안하였다. 우선 발생된 균열들을 균열폭의 크기 순서대로 나열하여 균열 분포를 구하였다. 다음에 균열폭을 정규화하여 0에서 1사이의 값으로 나타내었다. 마지막으로 Brooks와 Corey(1964), Fredlund와 Xing(1994), van Genuchten(1980)이 제안한바 있는 S형 곡선모델에 실험 결과를 적용시켰다. 분석 결과 van Genuchten의 식이 Brooks와 Corey식보다 정확도가 크게 높은 것으로 나타났으며, Fredlund와 Xing식보다도 높게 나타나 van Genuchten의 식을 적용하였다.... -

The cadmium concentrations in mineral mixtures used in beef cattle feed in the states of Sao Paulo and Parana, Brazil was measured. field analysis (CoMFA) and comparative molecular similarity indices analysis (CoMSIA) were used to carry out QSAR molecular modeling of these compounds. The predictive CoMSIA models for HT-29 and A549 gave cross-validated q2 values of 0.703 and 0.830, respectively. To examine individual variation in drug metabolism catalyzed by flavin-containing monooxygenase (FMO), 179 Korean volunteers' urinary molar concentration ratio of theobromine (TB) and caffeine (CA) was determined.
