Adenosine 5 -tetraphosphate (ATPP) was identified and quantified in extracts of rabbit platelets by elution of extracts containing authentic adenosine 5 -tetraphosphate and comparison of retention time with nucleotide standards using high-performance liquid chromatography technique.
