본 연구는 유치원 교사와 일반 직장 여성의 직업흥미가 어떤 양상을 보이고 있는지를 알아보는 데에 목적을 두고, 공·사립 유치원에 재직중인 교사 393명과 유사한 연령, 학력, 경력을 가지고 있는 일반 직장 여성 394명을 대상으로 스트롱 직업흥미검사를 실시하여 GOT, BIS, PSS 척도별 분포 및 척도 내 또는 척도 간 상호관련성을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 GOT 척도에서 유치원 교사는 예술형(A)의 분포가 44.0%로 가장 높고, 그 다음으로 사회형(S)이 23.2%로 나타난 것에 비해 일반 직장 여성은 사회형(S)이 28.2%로 가장... -

Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) has emerged in several pig-raising countries and has been a causative pathogen associated with diarrheal diseases in South Korea since 2014. In the present study, we were able to isolate and cultivate a Korean PDCoV strain (KNU16-07) in cell culture and investigate its pathogenicity.
