IPMA analysis for Q2_predict and effect size factor analysis. The findings of structural model analysis show that the relationship between emotional competence, self-efficacy and commitment is positively significant. PLS findings indicate commitment is a predictor construct that has predictive power in the evaluation of the internal model of this study. Findings of IPMA analysis show that the construct of emotional competence and self-efficacy are two important factors for teacher commitment. -

정부 재정지원과 대학 재정구조의 관계 분석

본 연구는 정부 재정지원 규모의 변화가 개별 대학의 재정구조에 미친 영향을 분석하고, ‘대 리인 이론’을 적용하여 그 결과를 해석하였다. 분석대상은 118개 4년제 일반 사립대학이며, 2001~10년까지의 각 대학별 정부 재정지원 규모 및 교비회계 자금계산서를 패널자료로 구성하 여 고정효과 모형을 적용한 패널 회귀분석을 실시하였다. ‘수입항목’에 대한 분석 결과, ‘연구 중심 대학’의 학교법인은 정부의 재정지원이 증가할수록 법인전입금 규모를 줄임으로써 학교 경영을 지원해야 할 책임을 ‘회피’하였으며, 정부 재정지원... -

본 연구는 PISA 2006∼2015 자료를 사용하여 한국 고등학생의 학업탄력성이 어떻게 변화했고, 그 과정에서 사회경제적 배경을 구성하는 여러 요소 가운데 특히 어떠한 요소가 학업탄력성 변화에 근본적인 동인으로 작용했는지 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 국제비교 관점에서 학업탄력적 학생 비율의 변화 추이를 분석한 결과, 한국은 2006년 이래 학업탄력적 학생 비율이 급락하는 추세를 보였다. 이 때문에 한국의 경우 모든 시점에서 OECD 평균보다 학업탄력적 학생 비율이 높긴 하지만 시간이 흐를수록 그 차이가 크게 감소하게 되었다....
