본 연구는 정신장애인의 자아존중감, 사회적지지, 자가간호역량과의 관계를 파악하여 자가간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G시와 J도에 거주하는 정신장애인 231명을 대상으로 2017년 9월 26일부터 10월 6일까지 자가 보고식 설문조사로 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 평균, 표준편차, Pearson corrleation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression를 SPSS 19.0프로그램을 이용하여분석하였다. 연구결과 정신장애인의 자아존중감, 사회적지지, 자가간호역량의 평균점수는 2.81, 3.95, 3.32점으로 나타났다.... -
