1) The radiological heart volume measurement of Koran athletes was carried out in total of 50 cases, 38 in male and 12 in female. 2) Predicted radiological heart volume in male is 705.01$pm$15.76ml and 627.41$pm$31.73ml in female and reveals silightly larger volumes in both sexes comparing with the normal Korean adults. 3) Relative radiological heart volume in male is 397.00$pm$9.05ml/$m^2$ adn 353.42$pm$13.24ml/$m^2$ in female and no significant difference from normal adults.
