솔나방(Dendrolimus spectabilis)의 발생과 변태 단계에 따른 haemolymph의 acid phosphatase pattern을 acrylamide gel 전기영동법을 이용하여 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 발생과 변태의 전 단계를 통하여 haemolymph에서 15개의 acid phosphatase band를 분리 확인하였다. 2) Acid phosphatase pattern은 발생과 변태시기에 따라 특이한 변이를 보였다. 3) Acid phosphatase의 활성은 종령 유충과 전 음기에서 높았고, 용후기로 가면서 그 활성은 점점 감소되고, 성충에서 다시 상승되는 경향을 보였다.
The acid phosphatase patterns of haemolymph of pine moth, Dendrolimus spectabilis Butler, at various developmental stages have been studied by means of acrylamide gel electrophoresis. 1) A maximum of fifteen bands were identified from the haemolymph throughout the stages. 2) And the acid phosphatase patterns were specific for each stage. 3) The activity in enzyme generally was increased at the larval, prepupal and pupal early stages and decreased at the pupal later stage, and at the adult stage its activity showed a tendency to increase again.
