The measurement of the lumbosacral angle were carried out in 288 cases of normal Korean adults. There were 158 males and 130 females. This is based on a method of Hellems and Keats. The results obtained were as follows; 1. In male, since no significant difference between the 4 groups was present, they were then considered as a single group. The over all mean was 32.52。, with a standard deviation of 5.65。, The standard error of the mean was 0.45。, 2. In female, the over all mean was 34.52。, with a standard deviation of 6.50。, The standard error of the mean was 0.62。, 3. The difference of the means between male and female was about 2。, and it were very significant stastically. 4. 95% confidence interval was 32.52$pm$0.88。 in male, and 34.52$pm$1.22。 in female 5. By the variance analysis for age group, no significant difference between the 4 group in male was present, but there were very significant in female. 6. The result of this survey was about 9。 less than that of Hell ms and Keats, and the difference was thought as reflection between Korean and American.
