Casleman병은 보통 종격통에 오나 드물게 목, 골반, 장간막등에 올 수 있다. 그리고 이것은 조직학적으로 hyaline-vascular type과 plasma cell type으로 분류된다. 지금까지 혈관조영술 소견에 대해 여러 보고가 있었으나 CT소견과 초음파 소견의 보고는 거의 없었다. 저자는 35세 남자에서 후복막강에 위치한 경우를 경험하였기에 CT의 초음파 소견을 종합해 보고하는 바이다.
Giant Iymphnode hyperplasias are an uncommon entity. They are difficult to image on plain film. The CT appearance of this condition has been described in recent radiologic literature. In this case report, combination of ultrasonogram and CT permitted differentiation of other space occupying lesions from giant retroperitoneal lymph node hyperplasia.
