Sonographic determination of fetal gender was attempted prospectively in most pregnancies of more than 25 weeks. We studied 193 cases of pregnancies with ultrasound for recent 9 months from June 1984 to February 1985 at department of radiology, Soonchungyang university, Soonchunhyang chunan hospital, and analyse`d ultrasonographic finding of fetal gender. The results were as follows: 1. Overall accuracy rate for fetal gender is 90%. 2. Accuracy rate for male fetus is 97.8%. 3. Accuracy rate for female fetus is 88.2%.
