1978년부터 1985년까지 지이산, 팔공산, 금조도, 주왕산, 내연산, 울육도에서 채집한 파리류를 정리한 결과 우리나라 미기록 7종이 발견되었다. 이들 7종 가운데 Phaonia iozen, P mystice, Muscina assimilis 및 Rypellia flavipes 4종은 집파리과에 속하고 Parasarcophaga kobayashii와 Boettcherisca Septentrionalis 2종은 쉬파리과에 속하며 Onesia nartshukae 1종은 검정파리과에 속하는 종이었다. 이상 7종의 파리가 추가됨에 따라 우리나라 집파리과는 55종, 쉬파리과는 43종, 검정파리과는 24종이 기록되는 셈이다. Rypellia속은 우리나라 집파리과에 처음으로 기록되는 속이다.
The seven unreported species in Korea were noted from the intensive examination of the fly specimens collected in the Yongnam region from 1978 to 1975. Of the seven, four species, Phaonia iozen, P. mystice, Muscina assimilis and Rypellia flavipes, belong to Muscidae, two species, Parasarcophaga kobayashii and Boettcherisca Septentrionalis, to Sarcophagidae, and Onesia nartshukae to Calli-phoridae. The genus, Rypellia, was recorded for the first time in Korea. With the addition of these seven species, the total number of species so far reported in Korea rises to 55 Muscidae, 43 Sarcophagidae and 24 Calliphoridae.
