미국흰불나방(Hyphantria cunea Drury)의 용 발생 동안 혈단백질을 2차원전기 영동법을 이용하여 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 전 단계를 통하여 최저 80개에서 최고 160개까지 의 혈단백질의 spot들이 분리, 확인되었으며, 발생이 진행됨에 따라 그 수는 점차 감소하였다. 2. 단백질 spot들의 분포상은 각 단계 별로 서로 달랐는데, 그 변화는 용 1일에서 가장 현저하였다. 3. 전 단계에서 한결같이 분리 된 단백질 spot는 22개이었으며, 주로 gel의 좌측 상단과 중단 및 중앙 하단에 분포되어 있다. 4. 특히 유충조직의 histolysis와 성충조직의 histogenesis에 관계되는 것으로 여겨지는 단백질의 spot 들이 관찰되었다.
The haemolymph proteins in Hyphantria cunea Drury during pupal development were investigated by means of two-dimensional electrophoresis. The results obtained are as follows; 1. The number of haemolymph protein spots detected throughout all the stages was from 80 in minimum to 160 in maximum and decreased with the pupal development. 2. The distribution patterns of spots were different in each stages, too, and the prominent change appeared in the 1 day old pupa. 3. 22 spots appeared constantly in all the stages were observed mainly at upper and middle parts on the left of gels and at lower part on the center. 4. In particular, the protein spots which are considered to he related to histolysis of larval tissues and histogenesis of adult tissues were observed.
