Cerebral cysticercosis unfortunately frequent in Korea is a parastic disease in which man serves as the in-termediate host of taenia solium. The larvae have a predilection for the central nervous system and can cause a variety of neurologic symptoms. The authors reviewed 19 cases of surgically proven cerebral cysticercosis and following results were obtained. 1. The most frequent age distribution was 5th and 6th decade and male to female ratio was 14:5 2. The most prevalent involving site was cerebral parencyme and following by ventricles. 3. Clinical manifestaions were symptom ＆ sign of increases ICP seizure and focal neurological dificit. 4. it was assumed that computerized tomography was procedure of choice for the diagnosis of these parasitic brain disease.
