Indirect lymphangiogram is a simple method for contrast enhancement of local lymphatic system. The inter-nal architecture of the cervical lymph nodes can be visualized by using combined methods of the indirect lym-phaniogram and high resolution CT scan, We report our results of the lymphatic enhanced CT scan (LECT)usig lsovist 240(Schering AG) with GE 9800 CT scanner. We encountered 24 cases of cervical and 1 case of Tbc. lymphadenitis. Of these 25 cases 10 lymph nodes were proved histologically; 6 Were normal 1 had micrometastasis and the rest 3 were malignant lymphoma. the results were as follows : 1. With a case of micrometastasis at the cervical lymph node(8mm sized) multifocal contrast filling defects were seen at the cortex of the lymph node. 2 In 3 cases had malignant lymphoma contrast enhanced lymphatics travelled into the pathologic lymph nodes. 3. In 6 cases had normal lymph nodes cortex of lymph nodes enhanced hemogeneously.
