The objective of this research is to develop a standard automatic pattern program by personal computer using basic pattern design of hip block and tight sleeve. The results are as follow. 1. This basic pattern design is used for hip block and tight sleeve of one piece, jacket and coat more easily by being drafted to the hip line. 2. There are necessities, as a result in fitting test, to modify the rates of back breadth, armhole breadth and chest width with change of burst girth size, and it can be also found that there is difference in front length as well. 3. The modified ARC function is developed for the treatment of curvature section, which makes the more flexible and smooth curvature to be formed in the curvature section and results in the basis for marking.
