매미나방 알좀벌 Ooencyrtus kuvanae(벌목 : 알좀벌과)의 In Vitro 사육 실험을 실시하여 성공적인 발생을 확인하였다. 인공배지 조성은 Trichogramma spp.을 위해 사용된 것과 유사하게 만들어졌으며, 보조 영양원으로 신생아용 분유는 국내의 3사제품 모두 유사한 발생효과를 보였다. 인공난각의 재료는 0.02mm의 Polypropylene film을 사용하였고, 산란 촉진을 위해 매미나방 난괴의 Ethanol 추출액(Kairomone)을 사용하였다. 암컷 한개체는 Bag-form에 62.2개의 알을 산란하였고, 노출 후 3-4일(72-92hrs.) 사이에 대부분 산란하였다. 산란 후 성충으로 우화되기까지의 기간은 실험조건(항온항습 Incubator 27$pm$1$^{circ}C$, RH 85$pm$1%, L : D=16 : 8)에서 15$pm$1일이었고, 유충기는 4령말에 번데기가 된다.
Ooencyrtus kuvanae (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) were reared in Vitro with artificial media in the incubator (27$pm$1$^{circ}C$, R.H. 80$pm$1%, 16L : 8D) and confirmed their successful development until adult emerging. Artificial media used for rearing of the egg parasitoid were formulated similar to that for Trichogramma spp. and three different types of domestic infant formula as a source of complemental nutrients were shown to be similar to developing effects on the wasp each others. The material of artificial egg shell was 0.02mm diameter polypropylene film and the egg shell were treated with the ethanol extract from Gypsy moth egg mass to stimulate ovipositing of the wasp. One female wasp oviposited 62.2 eggs on the artificial egg shell and most of eggs were oviposited between 3-4 days (72-92hrs.). Total period from egg stage until adult emerging was 15$pm$1 days in the incubator and the larvae pupated in the 4th instar.
