The insects of the genus Cetonia were collected frequently and were recorded 4 species from Korea. But, they can not be classified exactly, because the external feature of them has great variation, and it is necessary to review on its range of each species and their correct names. After review of the features including corpulatory organs, the results was obtained as follows: Three of four recorded species from Korea are a same species composed by two geographical subspecies and one synonym, and I have not seen the rest one from Korea. Korean population is Cetonia (Eucetonia) pilifera magnifica Ballion and that of Chejudo and Japan is C. (E.) pilifera pilifera (Motschulsky). A name, C. (E.) viridiopaca (Motschulsky) is a new synonym of C. pilifera.
