배회성 거미의 견사 분비체계와 그 미세구조를 규명하기 위해 늑대거미과(Lycosidae)의 별늑대거미(Pardosa astrigera)를 실험재료로 방적돌기 토사관의 분포와 각 견사선의 종류, 그리고 각 견사 분비장치의 미세구조를 주사형 전자현미경으로 관찰하였다. 방적돌기에 분포된 토사관과 복강내의 견사선을 관찰한 결과, 병상선(amputate gland), 관상선 (tubuliform gland), 포도상선 (aciniform gland), 이상선 (pyriform gland) 등 모두 4종류의 견사선이 관찰되었다. 이들 견사선 중에서 관상선은 자성개체에서만 분포되었고, 정주성거미와는 달리 점착성 포획사를 분비하는 수상선(aggregate gland)과 편상선(flagelliform gland)이 결실되어 있음이 확인되었다. 병상선은 전 및 중방적돌기에 각각 2쌍이, 그리고 관상선은 중방적돌기에 2쌍, 후방적돌기에 4쌍이 대토사관(spigot)을 통해 분비되었다. 또한 포도상선은 중방적돌기와 후방적돌기에 각각 35쌍 내외, 그리고 이상선은 전방적돌기에서만 30쌍이 소토사관(spool)으로 연결되어 있었다.
Silk apparatus of the wandering wolf spider, Pardosa astrigera was located at the ventral end of the abdominal part, and was composed of internal silk glands and external spinnerets. By the light and electron microscopic inspections, it was found that four types of silk glands were connected through the typical spinning tubes of each spinnerets. Anterior spinnerets comprise 2 pairs of the amputate and 30 pairs of pyriform glands. Another 2 pairs of amputate glands,2 pairs of tubuliform glands, and 35 pairs of aciniform glands were connected on the median spinnerets. And 4 pairs of tubilliform and over 35 pairs of aciniform glands were on the posterior spinnerets respectively. The tubuliform glands were only observed in female spiders, and the aggregate and the flagelliform glands which had the function of sticky silk production in orb- web spiders were not observed in this wandering spiders characteristically.
