To examine the efficacy of modified Je-Ho-Tang extract in terms of its effects on arterial thrombosis and peripheral circulation, in vivo models of both $FeCl_3$-induced thrombosis and peripheral circulatory disturbance induced by cooling were developed. MJHT extract showed potent anti-thrombotic effects and improvement of peripheral blood flow.
