Recent construction industry requires construction duration competitiveness and successfully manage contracted construction duration. Construction schedule management is not only for construction schedule but for all the items of construction field management. Therefore, it is necessary to accumulate a bunch of construction schedule and work status data(work productivity, the percent completes of activity and project, etc.), predict properly right fact based on right circumstances and then prepare for the future construction project. From the perspective of that the actual information about construction duration is contained in the unit work of each construction project, it is very important to effectively store, use and facilitate the site-based data during construction. It can be feasible by using data warehouse technique. Therefore the purpose of this research is to develop construction schedule control data mart(CSCDM). Given the circumstances, this research was performed as follows. First, previous researches related to construction data warehouse were analyzed. The system architecture of CSCDM was proposed and the data model was designed in order to develop multidimensional cube generating work productivity, work schedule rate(WSR) and total project schedule rate(TPSR). In addition, CSCDM can systematically supply KPI(Key performance index) information as well as work productivity, WSR and TPSR. Finally, this study summarized this research contents and suggested the future studies.
