This study investigates the characteristics of early childhood teachers\' interaction in WEB-BBS. Moreover it examines what manager should take into consideration as to web-bbs management.
Twenty kindergarten teachers were subjects in this study. This web site managed during the 8 weeks, and analize teachers\' messages. The findings of this study reveal that there are great differences the quantity of interaction according to the individual characteristics and the quality of interaction between pre-service teacher and in-service teacher.
